Completed projects are useful references for finishes and maintenance, although they do not guarantee that another project will perform the same way.

I would start by requesting current conditions in writing and building a table with cost, term, location and obligations. The monthly payment alone is not enough for me to compare options.

I find it useful to separate three things: what the advertising says, what the advisor explains and what is actually written in the contract. If all three match, even better.
