I would request a real example of each method with dates and steps, without personal data. Seeing a concrete sequence is often clearer than a general explanation.

I would also ask whether participating in a method involves additional payments or special conditions and how an allocation is formally documented.
The end-of-term path deserves a separate question: which requirements must the contract meet to reach that stage and how the corresponding unit is determined.
