My first questions would be: estimated total cost, adjustment formula, difference between waiting and possession contributions, total number of contributions and allocation conditions.
I would add: project schedule, exact unit specifications, transfer process, consequences of late payment and ownership documentation.

I would ask for important answers by email or in documentation. After a long meeting it is easy to remember an important detail differently.
